The orchestration ceiling is real — I hit it around agent six or seven. What finally moved me past it wasn't better workflows though, it was boring ops: a ledger of every change applied to the team, with an agent whose job is to re-check a week later that the change actually stuck. Half of my "fixes" used to silently revert and I'd blame the agents. Also happy to find another person building a story product with an agent team — I'm doing books-to-travel with mine. Following along.
